Dreams and Photos is a small home studio and a dream that I have had since the early 80’s.
I have been shooting as a hobbyist/freelance photographer since the early 1980's. That wa the time I got out of school , shot my first wedding and starting taking photos for a company out of Davenport IA in K-Marts all over with a friend photographer.
I have captured many different photos for others as well as my own family. Weddings, seniors and many other events. I have stepped things up over this last two to three years by purchasing more equipment, props, more schooling and more time behind the camera. No matter what the session is I always take a professional approach as well as treating each and every shoot as if it was a point in life that is being captured. Getting to know a client is a large part of a photos session. The better I get to know the people in front of the camera the more I can give to the photo. I always try to tell everyone viewing my photos something about what was captured by the way it was shot. I’m always open for ideas. I have found that making photos great can work so much better by exchanging ideas which goes back to getting to know the client. Knowing the needs and ideas can also help with pricing as well. I don't want to see anyone not get the photos they want because of pricing. I try to keep my pricing where we both can afford to be happy.
